The One With Addison's Third Birthday

On Saturday we went to Albany, Oregon, to celebrate Addie's third birthday party. It was a blast. 

She and Ellie had some fun frolicking before the festivities began.

 

Addison loves Dora the Explorer, so she had a Dora themed party complete with a fancy cake by her Aunt Mallory. 

 

 And of course she got lots of great presents!

 The birthday girl was all smiles for her cake, even though the wind blew out her candles for her.

 The Dora cake provided Ellie with at least 45 minutes of entertainment as she very meticulously ate it with a big-girl fork.

We had a lot of fun and I really enjoyed seeing Ellie and Addie play together. They just can't get enough of each other. I think Ellie particularly likes it. Something tells me she's always wanted a big sister.
